How much time would I have to commit?
This program is written by a single mum, for single mums
1hr zoom call each fortnight (or replay when convenient)
Self paced learning can be listened to whenever/wherever but it will be roughly 30mins per fortnight
Commit at least 15mins per day to daily practices

Nurture & Reset is designed for single mums, however there are some incredible women in our community who are not single mamas who will also be invited.
